Library:

Library seats up to 50 participants. Our portable conference tables
(6' or 8' by 18") permit you to tailor your meeting or conference
with these suggested arrangements: Open-ended U-shape, Hollow Square,
or Classroom. Oval shaped tables (5' by 6') that seat 4 to 7 participants are also available. Theatre seating for 80 is arranged with chairs and no tables. The Library is carpeted and equipped with high speed wireless Internet access. |
The
Board Room: (14' by 24')  The
Board Room seats from up to 15 people around its centerpiece, a 15-foot
table of polished walnut. This classic conference room is ideal for
task-driven meetings or those of a more formal nature. Four large
windows face south and illuminate the Board Room in even, natural
light. The Board Room is carpeted and has tack strips for putting
up posters. The room is also equipped with high speed wireless Internet
access. |
The
Commons/Dining Room: (36' x 55')  The
Commons with its arched ceiling and full windows seats up to 85 guests
for luncheons and dinners. For lectures or theater seating, the Commons
seats up to 125. The Commons is carpeted and has a built-in buffet
counter. The room is also equipped with high speed wireless Internet
access. |
